What makes Inverness 2000 different?
To answer that question you must
first understand the basic differences between Inverness
2000 and all other piercing options offered today.
- Piercing options are limited to three...driving
a piece of non-sterile material through an ear, a
"stud gun" that "shoots" a thick,
blunt ear stud through an ear or a "hand
pressured" instrument that pierces the
ear in a controlled manner.
- All Inverness Systems use only "hand pressured"
FDA Registered Class 1 Medical Devices to deliver
a piercing while eliminating the trauma of having
a foreign object driven into the body. Inverness maximizes
the benefits of the hand pressured Medical
Device.
- The tip of the piercing post used by all Inverness
Systems is honed to a surgical
point and is not a crude piece of material
or a blunt stud.
- All Inverness Systems are guaranteed
sterile until the gas permeable seal is opened
or damaged. Wire, needles or other materials will
not carry that same guarantee.
- All Inverness products are Lot
Number controlled and traceable.
- Inverness is the only "fully
encapsulated" product on the market and
prevents the piercing earring from being exposed to
outside contamination. If the Inverness System earring
post is exposed it is subject to contamination and
should not be used.
