Returns

To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, Earrings and Body Jewelry are not returnable. All website sales are final.

If upon delivery, the product appears damaged, please call the Inverness Customer Service Toll-Free Number for a replacement - 800 255-8556. Under these circumstances, the original outer packaging will be needed for replacement.

If there are any orders that are cancelled prior to shipment, your credit card will be charged a process and handling fee of $5.00.
